POLICIES

ONE DAY VS WEEK RENTALS:
One day rentals are accepted but weekly rentals are given priority (daily rentals are opened, as available, prior to the date).

CANCELLATION:
*100% credit for a future rental may be considered for rental cancellations >24 hours notice

WEATHER:
Pro-rated refund ONLY if National Weather Service (NWS) issues “Severe Weather Warning” covering the area during rental hours. No refunds/credits are issued for “less than ideal” weather, including: rain, overcast skies, light wind, cool temperatures, or forecasts of rain that do not result in NWS Warnings. Owner reserves the sole right to determine if conditions are unsafe for navigation. If Owner cancels the rental for safety, a refund for the rental portion applies.
